Mithion 505 – Ethion 50% EC (Insecticide)

Target Crop: It is used for crops like Tea, Cotton, Maize, Cucurbits, Citrus, Stone Fruits, Pome fruits, Vines, Ornamental etc.
Target Pests: It is effectively used for Pink Bollworms, American bollworm, Spotted bollworm, .Bollworms, like Aphids, Thrips, Scales, Pink mite, Purple Mite, Scarlet Mites, Red Spider Mites, Leaf hopper, Caterpillars and Heliothis etc.

Precaution: 1. Keep away from foodstuffs, empty foodstuff containers and animals food.2. Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin.3. Avoid inhalation the dust particles. Dust in the direction of wind.4 . Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after dusting.5. Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while dusting.6. Wear full protective clothing while dusting. Symptoms Of Poisoning: Headache, giddiness, vertigo, Nausea, Vomiting, Blurred vision, Diarrhoea, Convulsions, Sweating, excessive, lacrimation and salivation may occur First Aid: 1. If swallowed, induce vomiting by tickling the back of throat. Repeat it until the vomit is clear. Do not induce vomiting if the patient is unconscious. 2. If clothing and skin are contaminated, remove the cloths and wash the contaminated skin with copious amount of soap and water. 3. If eyes are contaminated, flush with plenty of saline/clean water for about 10 to 15 minutes. 4. If inhaled, remove the patient to fresh air. Antidote: Give atropine sulphate 2 to 4 mg intravenously at 5 to 10 minutes interval until the patient recovers. Administer 2 PAM, 1 to 2 g to be dissolved in 10 cc distil water and inject intravenously (very slowly) taking 10 to 15 minutes.
